From 2007 – 2016, I served on the City of Columbia’s Water and Light Advisory Board.
As required by Section 103 of the City Charter, the board annually reports its findings to the people and council. The 2014 report is provided as two files linked below: a 10-page pdf and an Excel spreadsheet that provides an overview of our energy portfolio. The 2015 report is a single pdf file.
